The Suites and Booths we offer for rent or lease are suitable for Hairstylists; esthetician; brow or lash artists; Med-Spa operators; chiropractic practitioners, acupuncture care practitioners; massage therapists; and others in field of education and counseling of beauty, healthcare and wellness.  

These Suites are in a well-established building on Highway 101, located on a renovated area of downtown Solana Beach, California. 

We devote this building to small business owners who wish to co-share, co-shine, and co-prosperous in their chosen field of beauty and wellness.

Our mission is to provide long term stability, at reasonable rent and in a stable environment in which your business will grow and prosper.

We inspire to make our facility a beautiful place where your clients can be shined like diamonds.

Our location is half block to the ocean from which you will feel the ocean breeze.  Our approximation to Fletcher Cove by the Beach provides you a wonderful place to take a working break and to refresh yourself. We are 200 feet away from the bus stops, and within a short walk to the Train Station at Cedro Avenue.  These public transportations can take you to San Diego in the south or to many cities in the north direction. The main entry of our building fronts east on beautiful Highway 101 on which there are diagonal parking spaces. The west entry of our building is fronted on Acacia Ave on which we have a private parking lot. This private parking lot is reserved for the use of your clients. To the west of our parking lot is the public city parking on which there are free parking spaces.

The size of our treatment room ranges in various size to suit your needs.  We welcome licensed practitioners who would like to continue their established business or set up their new business in a mix professional and co-operative environment. We plan, in the future, to add an international gift and flower shop to enhance the convenience to you and your clients.
